The Assistant Program is designed to strengthen the training dancer to operate and build leadership qualities in a professional and artistic capacity. IDI assistants receive insight and guidance of the entertainment industry from amazing artists across the U.S. With an emphasis on professional decorum, classroom etiquette, and artistic maturity, IDI assistants grow to become some of the best entertainers and performers of the present and next generations.
